Decorative Concrete in Cypress

Cypress has grown fast, and a lot of what we see here is recent construction. The slab is only a few years old and structurally perfect — it was just never finished. Builder-grade concrete around a pool or across a patio is functional and nothing more.
That is actually the easiest situation to work with. There is no repair to do first, no decades of staining to pull out, no cracking from settled ground. The surface is prepared, the coating goes on, and the difference between before and after is purely cosmetic and comfort.
The other common Cypress job is the garage. New-build garages come with a bare slab that dusts constantly and marks the first time something leaks on it. Sealing it with epoxy early, before the staining starts, is simpler than dealing with it later.
