Decorative Concrete in Richmond
Older established streets alongside new development, and the work differs between them.
Richmond is two things at once: a historic Fort Bend town and the edge of west Houston expansion. We end up doing quite different jobs depending on which side of that line a property sits.
In the older parts the slabs have age on them. Patios poured decades ago, sometimes in sections added at different times, with visible joins and mismatched colour. A single coating across the whole area is often the cheapest way to make a patchwork patio read as one surface.
In the newer subdivisions it is the standard modern job: a sound builder slab that needs colour, texture and heat reflection rather than any repair.
