Decorative Concrete in Jersey Village
An established small city where most homes have had the same slab for decades.
Jersey Village is a compact, long-established community, and the housing reflects that — a lot of homes from the sixties through the eighties, well kept, with original patios and garages.
Those garages are where a good share of our work here is. Forty or fifty years of a car parked on bare concrete leaves oil that has penetrated rather than sat on the surface, and concrete that dusts constantly. Both are solvable, but the contamination has to be drawn out before epoxy goes anywhere near it.
