Pasadena is one of the larger cities in Harris County and most of its housing dates from the fifties through the eighties. That means established slabs: patios, driveways and garages that have been in place long enough to show everything the climate and daily use have done to them.
A bigger share of our work here is floor coating than in the newer suburbs. Plenty of homes have a garage or detached shop that functions as a real workspace, and those floors take dropped tools, dragged equipment and spills that are not just motor oil.
